The Happy Hopper has been specially trained to encourage joy, imagination, kindness, and playful curiosity while helping create meaningful memories with the individual or family she joins.

Once assigned, her official assignment and registration may be permanently recorded in the Elf Council Archives, preserving the story of her journey for years to come.
