Not every elf receives an assignment to a family.

Some are entrusted with representing the Elf Council itself.

The Kindness Encourager serves as one of the official ambassadors between the Hidden Village and the human world. With a special talent for helping kindness grow wherever she goes, Daisy encourages children and families to notice the many small ways they can support, include, and care for one another.

With a gentle spirit, cheerful optimism, and a heart for bringing people together, she believes even the smallest act of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Whether she’s sharing an encouraging word, helping someone feel included, inspiring a thoughtful activity, or simply reminding others to look for opportunities to help, Daisy knows kindness has a wonderful way of spreading.

Unlike Companion Elves assigned to individual families, The Kindness Encourager remains in service to the Elf Council. Her mission is to represent the Hidden Village through community events, educational outreach, public appearances, and activities that encourage friendship, empathy, compassion, and positive connections throughout the human world.
