The Welcome Guide serves as one of the official ambassadors between the Hidden Village and the human world. As one of the Elf Council's first points of connection for new families, she helps ensure that every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and excited to begin their journey into the world of the Festive Friend Elves.

With a warm smile, an encouraging spirit, and a natural gift for making others feel at home, she believes every great adventure begins with a kind welcome. Whether greeting families at community events, introducing children to the Hidden Village for the very first time, or helping answer questions about the Elf Council, she reminds everyone that there is always room for one more friend.

Unlike Companion Elves assigned to individual families, The Welcome Guide remains in service to the Elf Council. Her mission is to introduce new visitors to the Hidden Village through friendly conversations, educational outreach, public appearances, and welcoming experiences that inspire curiosity, imagination, and lasting friendships.
