The Little Noticer has completed his Companion Elf training and is currently awaiting assignment.

Families may request him, but all Companion Elf assignments are reviewed and officially approved by the Elf Council. Once an assignment is approved and his training and travel costs are covered, he will be ready to begin his journey to his new family.
